Chiem Hostel

We stayed for one night in a double room. Very bad staff, no English at all. You weren't able to lock the door and the room had no windows. We told them. (Even that took 15min) and showed them whats the matter. Then they wanted to offer us another room, opened it but all we saw were 3 ladies inside screaming. Apparently other guests he forgot about... Then they offered us another room which looked like someone just slept there, they sent us outside, made the bed and they said we should come in again.....wow...but afyer a conversation we got new sheets and blabla.. They shower didnt drain properly - the whole bathroom was one big lake. The balcony door didn't close either and the mattress is as hard if you would be laying on a not so fluffy carpet on the floor...no joke!! Crazy...i didnt know such mattresses exist. Dont stay here, you will save yourself a lot of trouble. Only positive - big rooms, good Wifi and TV, and free MiniBar (6Drinks)

하루만 숙박을 했다가 하루 더 머무름. 아침식사가 포함된 가격이지만 먹지 않음. 왜냐하면 도착해서 점심으로 사먹은 음식이 너무 맛없었서. 하루는 괜찮았음. 문제의 이틀째, 일박을 추가가 가능한지 물어보고 오너가 할 수있지만 방을 옮겨야한다고함. 그러나 전에 방과달리 창문인가 화장실인가가 없다고함. 여행을 갔다온지 좀 시간이 지나서 기억이 잘 안남. 알겠다하고 전의 방과 같은 가격으로 숙박결정. 그러나 첫번째 방보다 너무 형편없는 방. 창문없고, 냉장고없고, 화장실 방에서 나가서 있음. 화장실에 속옷이 말려져있고, 깨끗한 느낌이 없이 조금 찝찝했음. 얼음물이 필요해서 냉장고가 없냐고하자 없다고 미안하다고 숙박비를 할인해줌. 그리고 오너가 아닌 남자직원에게 밖에있는 화장은 공동인지 물어보자 우리만 쓰는거라고했음 .아무튼 이미 되돌리기엔 늦어서 그냥지내기로함. 자꾸 화장실을누가 사용하는 것 같았고 사용중에 자꾸 누가 노크함. 결국 화장실은 옆집과 함께쓰는 거였음. 이때 조금씩 짜증이 남. 냉장고가 없는 대신 냉동실에 얼려달라던물도 약8시간의 외출후 받았는데 얼지도 않았고 많이 시원하지도 않음. 결국 같이 간 사람이 화를 내고말았음. 첫째날 날부터 느낀거지만 직원은 많은데 서로 의사소통을 안하는지 똑같은 말을 반복해야했고 여자직원들은 거의 영어못함. 밤에 축구보는지 1층 식당에서 소리질러서 잠자는 동안짜증남. 2층에 숙박손님들에 대한 배려가 없음. 남자직원 한분은 끝까지 친절하려고 노력함. 할인을 받은 가격이라도 숙박비가 아까움. 3층은괜찮지만 2층방을 배정받는다면 진지하게 생각해보시길 권함.

we slept 3days in here. i was very satisfied because stuff is very kind and i ate delicious breakfast. if again i travel da nang, i will stay here chiem hostel.
